"Premier" Membership
 

By electing to become a "Premier" Member, you would be required to open a BLS account with an initial retainer of $500.00.  Any form of payment is acceptable.  "Premier" Membership becomes immediately effective upon receipt of your retainer and may be cancelled by you at any time.  Any unearned portion of your retainer will be reimbursed within ten (10) days of membership cancellation.

"Premier" Members enjoy no restrictions on work processing.  Submit your work through our Members Area.

As a "Premier" Member, you will first receive an adapter device which may be placed on any telephone line, and which is one way to transmit your pre-recorded standard/mini/micro cassette tapes via our DialDictate system.  This adapter device is useful when you travel and have access only to a telephone and not a computer.  This device is extremely simple to use and will come to you free of charge by regular U.S. Mail.

Upon request, BLS, will also activate a dedicated DialDictate line with separate dictation banks for each member of your firm, complete with client/matter billing or customizable user options.

"Premier" Members receive an invoice by email on the first day of each month for all activities of the prior month, if any.  Unless disputed, all invoices are immediately due and payable by a method of your choosing.
