BLS provides and completes pleadings and forms as instructed by the customer in a form acceptable to courts, governmental and regulatory agencies in all U.S. jurisdictions. BLS may ask the customer questions in order to prepare the forms requested by the customer. By asking such questions, BLS does not suggest any particular answer to any question. BLS relies on the customer to provide appropriate, accurate answers to the questions BLS asks.

The work and documents provided by BLS are purchased "as is," without any implied or expressed warranty, excepting only that work product purchased will be completed in a timely manner, and be delivered to the customer, in a form acceptable to that customer.

All warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. BLS does not assume any liability for damages under any circumstances. All liability for any loss or damages, whether arising out of contract or tort is specifically disclaimed, whether such damages are direct, incidental or consequential. This disclaimer and waiver of liability is a material condition of the agreement between BLS and its customer, and is agreed to by the customer upon acceptance of work performed by BLS.
